Privacy Policy

PAYMENT TERMS:

• All order form information must be completed in full before order can be processed.
• Booth numbers must be supplied on all orders.
• Charges will be applied to the credit card immediately upon receipt.
• Rates indicated are "Advance Order" rates and will be applicable until five (5) working days prior to the first day of the event.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued up until five (5) working days prior to the first day of the event upon written notice of refund request. NO refunds will be issued once services have been installed.

EQUIPMENT and SERVICE TERMS:

• The Mobile Convention Center is not responsible for any equipment or connections provided by the rental party.
• All equipment used by the client must comply with all State, Federal and local codes. Any equipment not meeting code standard will not be allowed to be connected.
• The client fully understands and accepts complete responsibility for all equipment leased to the client. Such responsibility includes, but is not limited to, damage, any necessary replacement of equipment which is not capable of being repaired to a fully functional status, lost of equipment income, and all other forms of loss or damage.
• The client is responsible for returning any rental equipment to the designated service desk upon completion of the event. A charge of $100.00 will be levied against user for any equipment not returned in proper working order.
• Convention Center technicians are the only persons authorized to install equipment, connect services and modify in-house systems.
• Users of internet services shall not knowingly cause or permit - (a) material disruptions of or internet network systems, users, services or equipment or (b) use the Internet connection for fraudulent purposes. Users may send and receive both commercial and non-commercial traffic over the internet connection.
• Electrical rates include bringing the electrical service to the booth. It does not include connecting equipment or materials or any special wiring. Clients attempting to place more amperage on an electrical run than ordered will be disconnected until additional payment is made.
